We implemented a web-based campaign management solution using WSF core for a banking Call-Center, supporting the execution process of various dial-out campaigns. The information provided for each campaign is different in structure. Information and answer fields are defined dynamically for each campaign by the business people  via Excel the based raw data input. The full lifecycle of the campaigns can be monitored, and progress reporting keeping campaign managers informed.
