What we collect and why
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:
- Contact & fit-assessment enquiries. When you submit the contact form, we process the details you provide (name, organisation, role, email, your challenge and any message) to respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding. We keep this correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is needed to manage a resulting contractual relationship or to meet a legal obligation.
- Analytics. Where you consent, we use analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it (see "Cookies" below). Lawful basis: your consent.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies
We use a cookie consent banner to control non-essential cookies. Cookies fall into two categories:
- Necessary cookies — required for the site to function and for remembering your consent and theme choices. These are always on.
- Analytics cookies — set only after you give consent. We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode v2: all storage is denied by default, and analytics storage is enabled only when you accept. Analytics & third parties
When enabled, Google Analytics is provided by Google. Google acts as our data processor under appropriate data processing terms; IP addresses are anonymised and an EU data region is configured where available. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by Google's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The embedded Google Map on our contact page is also a third-party service and may set cookies; it is loaded only after you give consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at appsint@appsint.hu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
