WSF: the framework we built so projects could work differently.

We don't sell WSF. We sell the solutions it lets us deliver — faster, and cheaper to change.

What WSF is & why it exists

A stable, engineered backbone — and an accelerated start.

WSF — originally the Workflow Solution Framework — is our own low-code platform, proven for over a decade. It exists to make complex, regulated systems fast to build and cheap to change: a stable, engineered backbone plus an accelerated start.

Both are called low-code. Only one runs a central bank.
Capability surface

Everything a regulated system needs, on one framework.

Process engine

Parallel and branching processes, case management, SLAs, escalations and the four-eyes principle.

Entities & dynamic UI

An entity model with dynamic forms and worklists that bend to your process, not the other way round.

Documents & generation

Template-based generation, versioning, validity, e-signature and OCR intake at scale.

Notifications & scheduling

Built-in notifications, calendars and scheduling — configured to your service, not rebuilt.

IAM & multi-tenant

Identity, role- and competency-based access, national e-ID and multi-tenant theming.

Reporting & dashboards

Query and reporting layer, OLAP cubes, KPIs and interactive dashboards — configurable, no new code.

Integration

Standards-based, SOA-friendly integration with core, SAP, messaging and directory systems.

Background jobs

Reliable background processing for large-volume loads, batch flows and scheduled work.

Audit, logging & security

Full audit trail, logging and security built in — deterministic and auditable where it must be.

Enterprise low-code, not a wizard tool

There are two kinds of low-code. Only one runs a central bank.

Wizard / no-code

Power Apps canvas, Airtable, Ninox — great for simple team apps, but they hit a cliff on complex process, integration, audit and scale.

Enterprise low-code (WSF)

Built for the hard, regulated, high-scale core — it runs a central bank and a 24,000-user system.

Both are called low-code. Only one runs a central bank.

Make sure you're buying the right category.

Parameterisation tiers

A graceful range, from configuration to extension.

01

Standard user

Works inside configured screens, processes and worklists day to day.

02

Business power-user

Adjusts parameters, lists and rules within the bounds of the configured system.

03

BA / IT

Models processes, entities and documents — change as configuration, versioned and reversible.

04

External developer

Extends the system through a documented API, without touching the core.

05

Framework developer

Builds new framework-level capability where genuinely custom work is required.

Tech & deployment

Modern, standards-based, deployable your way.
